Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rehdr.com, a product of Acekreations, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

rehdr.com provides AI-assisted real estate photo editing for professional photographers. The service includes exposure bracket merging (HDR), batch AI enhancement, Virtual Twilight generation, and MLS-ready ZIP export. Features and availability may change over time.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and maintain a secure password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. New accounts may receive trial credits at our discretion. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Credits and Payments

rehdr.com uses a credit-based pricing model. Credits are purchased through third-party payment vendors and are consumed when you process images or use paid features such as Virtual Twilight. Unless required by applicable law, purchased credits are non-refundable. Payment card and billing details are handled by our payment vendors; we do not store full payment card information.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process that content. You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. AI Processing

Enhanced and Virtual Twilight outputs are generated using third-party AI vendors. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet any particular standard. Batch processing may take up to 24 hours or longer depending on queue volume. We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be error-free or suitable for every listing or MLS requirement.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, reverse engineer the platform, or use rehdr.com for any unlawful purpose. Upload limits (file size, count, and supported formats) apply as described in the product.

8. Third-Party Vendors

We use third-party vendors to operate rehdr.com, including vendors for payment processing, email delivery, cloud storage, and AI processing. Your use of the service may be subject to those vendors' terms and policies in addition to these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACEKREATIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
